Crosswire is a relay, not an archive. Your messages pass through in flight and are never stored or logged.
What we store
- Slack and Telegram chat IDs (to know which channel maps to which group)
- Access tokens, encrypted at rest
- Your billing email
What we never store
- Message contents — never persisted, never logged
- Attachments or files at rest
How it is protected
Tokens are encrypted at rest. Traffic is served over TLS. Because message bodies are never written down, there is nothing to leak if anything went wrong.
GDPR
Storing no message content keeps Crosswire GDPR-friendly by design. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the dashboard.
