Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Crosswire, a service that relays messages between Slack channels and Telegram groups. By installing or using Crosswire you agree to them.
The service
Crosswire relays messages, files, edits and reactions between a Slack channel and a Telegram group you connect, using a Telegram bot you own. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; relaying depends on Slack and Telegram, whose outages are outside our control.
Your account
You sign in with Slack; whoever installs Crosswire into a workspace is that workspace's account holder. You are responsible for the Telegram bot token you provide and for making sure you are entitled to bridge the channels and groups you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use Crosswire to relay unlawful content, to spam, to harvest data from communities you do not administer, or to breach Slack's or Telegram's terms. Fair-use limits apply to message volume; sustained abuse may be throttled.
Fees
Crosswire costs $10/mo per workspace after a 7-day free trial, billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
Crosswire is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of messages relayed through the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard 30 days before they take effect. Questions: support@usecrosswire.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
